The scale of the 100-year-old Venetian windows compared to my 3 children at ages 8, 10, and 18. The windows will never change height but my children will continue to grow in age and height.

My youngest child at age 5 at a carnival in Spain in 2015. The Orange-reddish watch he has on his wrist was purchased there. He is now 13 and still remembers his favorite souvenir from Tossa de Mar, Spain where he used to play in the Fort ruins.

"The Souvenir reduces the public, the monumental, and the three dimensional into the miniature, that which can be enveloped by the body I."

San Antonio, Texas has a history of celebrating Fiesta parades every year. This souvenir was given to me the year before I retired from the military. I was one of their military ambassadors for that year.

"The souvenir is used most often to evoque a voluntary memory of childhood."

My daughter and I visited Japan for the first time when she was 13 and she got this Dragon Ball Z stuff anime. Fast forward to age 19 during the pandemic, she drew many, and one of them was the same Dragon ball Z she got at 13 during our first visit.

"The place of origin must remain unavailable in order for desire to be generated."

This is an off-the-beaten-path trail in Texas that only locals know about. My friends and I used to hike there every fall. The picture doesn't do it justice the fall colors were mesmerizing.
